Jesus, bring His sweet forgiveness. The forgiveness of Jesus is a humbling yet sweet experience. His blood cleanses His people of their sin. Christians are very aware that they are in need of forgiveness every day.
All people are sinful and no one is perfect but Jesus Christ. Believers fail time after time. A partial list of failures is according to Romans 1:29-30:
full of envy murder
haters of God
The loving forgiveness of Jesus is over whelming. Most Christians know the blood of Jesus gives His people unlimited forgiveness. Is there a sin line to cross that leads to hell? No, Jesus love never abandons His people.
All people are sinful and no one is perfect but Jesus Christ. Believers fail time after time. A partial list of failure is according to Romans 1:29-30:
Yes, there are many believers that disagree but Jesus died for everlasting forgiveness. The gift of eternal life, His presence in this life and the life to come in heaven. All people are sinful and no one is perfect but Jesus Christ.
Of course, there is always the argument that if a person believes in Jesus then they commit evil. They still go to heaven. Wow, a person can sin for fun and Jesus will forgive! Not true. Why? When a Christian establishes a spiritual connection with Jesus through the Holy Spirit, the “fun” in sinning is no longer enjoyable. Jesus forgives but there is still guilt. Additionally, if there is no guilt then maybe you need to evaluate your spiritual relationship with Christ.
Jesus Gives Humbling Forgiveness
There is a work ethic prevalent in modern society. Work hard for forgiveness. Many will punish themselves with depression or self-defeat in their Christian life. There are other Christians that will Judge others knowing that person sin.
Additionally, to accept forgiveness is more difficult than punishing yourself or others. Just receive. Know the sin slate is clean by the blood of Jesus. Go forward and begin a new day. Every day know that no one can snatch you out of His Hand.
